Ask across every meeting you have had, or about one call. Answers come with their sources, and each source opens the recording at that point.

Meeting bot

Pick a meeting from Google Calendar or paste a Meet, Zoom or Teams link. Clario joins, even with your laptop closed, and the recording comes back to your computer to be transcribed there.

    Questions

    Is Clario free?

    Yes. The app is free on Mac and Windows. The minutes are written by an AI service you connect, such as your ChatGPT plan or a key from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, so that service's own charges and limits apply.

    Where is my meeting transcribed?

    On your computer. Speech becomes text there, and no recording is sent to a transcription service. Clario does upload meeting audio to improve its transcription unless you switch off Help improve Clario; the privacy policy lists every path that leaves the computer.

    Which meeting apps does it work with?

    Anything your computer plays, including Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, because Clario records your microphone and your computer's audio. The meeting bot joins Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

    Does a bot have to join my meetings?

    No. Record on your computer without a bot, or send the bot to a Google Meet, Zoom or Teams call when you cannot be there. Let the people in the meeting know it is being recorded.

    What can I share with someone else?

    A summary, as a link or an exported PDF. Anyone with the link can read it until you take it down. The transcript, the audio and the video stay with you.

    Windows warns me before installing. Is that expected?

    Yes. The Windows installer is not signed yet, so SmartScreen asks before it runs: choose More info, then Run anyway.

    Can my whole team use it?

    Yes. Each person installs Clario and signs in with their own account, and each library stays on its owner's computer. For a version fitted to your company, with your sign-in and your storage, see Enterprise.
